The Philippines are just calling for international help as it deals with massive flooding that has claimed at least 240 lives, dozens more remain missing. Officials say they may not have enough resources to deal with another storm that could hit as early as Friday.

Prosecutors in Chicago have charged the fourth teenager who’s fatally beating a 16-year-old honor student Derrion Albert who was walking to a bus stop, and a group of teens strike him on the head with wood planks. Police are searching for 3 more suspects.

President Barack Obama plans to lobby hard for his about hometown. He’s headed to Copenhagen later this week to support Chicago’s bid for the 2016 summer Olympics. Chicago is up against Rio de Janeiro, Madrid and Tokyo with the decision coming on Friday.
