1. President Barack Obama's budget is getting a frosty reception from Republicans on Capitol Hill. Several say the president's plan features too much new debt. Obama's multi-trillion-dollar budget, aimed at reviving the economy, includes tax cuts for businesses and help for the unemployed.

 2. Toyota's head of Motor Sales is apologizing to the company's customers. And some dealers say they'll stay open around the clock to fix cars affected by a recall. Toyota says its dealers should be getting parts this week to fix a sticky gas pedal problem.

 3. Haiti's government is calling for the prosecution of ten Americans who were arrested while trying to bus 33 children out of that country. The Americans have called their actions a rescue mission. Investigators are trying to determine whether human traffickers were involved.

 4. Actor Rip Torn is free on a $100,000 bond after spending the weekend in jail. He's accused of breaking into a Connecticut bank Friday with a loaded revolver while intoxicated.
