1. Attorney General Eric Holder is calling it a severe blow to a dangerous organization. Members of a Christian militia have been charged `with plotting to kill police officers before attempting to kill more during a funeral. FBI agents have arrested several suspects during raids in three mid-western states over the weekend.

2.Some of the nation's busiest transit systems are boosting security after attacks  in Moscow. Russian officials say at least 38 people were killed and more than 60 wounded when two female bombers set off their explosives inside a pair of metro train stations.

3. Authorities say a Philadelphia man is accused of trying to post a YouTube video in which  he threatened to kill Virginia Congressman Eric Cantor. The suspect was arrested at his home Saturday. It's not clear why he would threaten Canter.

4. The New York Fire Department and the Buildings  officials are investigating the partial collapse at a construtions site where four workers were injured.The incident comes just days after a crane struck aside a 25-story-building near Wall Street.
