China's Zou wins gold at World Boxing Championships

 　　BAKU, Oct. 8 (Xinhua) -- Chinese star boxer¹ Shiming Zou won the gold medal in the men's 49kg division at the AIBA world championship here on Saturday.

　　Zou defeated South Korean Jong Shin 20-11 in the final to claim the crown for the third straight time.

　　Ukrainian boxers² showed phenomenal results in Baku with victory in four weight categories. Cuba won two gold medals, and Azerbaijan, Brazil, Russia and China won one gold medal apiece.

　　A total of 570 boxers from 113 countries and regions took part in competition in 10 weight categories.
