One of the convicted killers1 of heart surgeon Victor Chang is to be released next month. Victor Chang was killed in 1991 during a kidnap attempt on his way to work at Sydney’s St Vincent's Hospital. Phillip Choon Tee Lim was convicted of the murder the same year and will have served his minimum sentence of eighteen years as of November 11th.
