Police believe they've found the body of the missing Melbourne woman following the arrest of her son. 59-year-old Penelope Bailey was last seen at her Mont Albert home north on Monday. Police found the body in bushland at Donbel last night and are yet to formally identify the body. The woman's 34-year-old son remains1 in hospital, no charges have yet been made.
