2017年CRI China's top legislative body holds second plenary meeting of annual session

 

The Fifth Session of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislative¹ body, held its second plenary meeting in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Wednesday.

Zhang Dejiang, chairman of the NPC Standing² Committee, delivered the committee's work report at the meeting.
