The best bits about acting I suppose, in a way, it's the people you meet in the business because they really are wonderful. Dare I say we are a breed unto ourselves. Let’s hear actors themselves talk about their job requirements. To be a good actor, you have to be quite a sensitive person, understand human behaviour. I mean it's a fascinating job, you’re partly an anthropologist3, you're digging into, why do we do things, what makes us do things. It’s about a kind of stamina4, a kind of emotional almost physical stamina in terms of staying focused, making sure you are still in the moment.
