As you walk along the ocean’s shore land, you feel the warm sand between your toes, just stop ahead, you see a canoe, a sling³ chair beneath a blue umbrella, go there now, sit down, stretch and just relax.

As you hear the ocean’s wave’s lullaby in you, you move deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation⁴, breathing as you relax, relaxing as you breathe. Gently hear the soft wind whispering through the palm trees, as you relax, feeling so serene⁵, so calm, and peaceful, feeling the warmth of the sun as it nourishes your entire body, relaxing, releasing, and letting go.

Breathe into this place, deep within, so serene, so peaceful, and know that you can return to this place whenever you wish, this is your place of peace.
