 Greece waited until nearly the last minute abandon. The government says it has the money which raised the question, why won't it pay? I think this is really the most worries and point that we've seen in the couple of years and European debt crisis. The Greeks are taking advantage of rule not use for  decades to save on the transaction cost of multiple payments.
