Killer¹ whales. The ocean's top predator².

虎鲸 海洋的顶级捕食者

Killers³ are like wolves,

狼群一般的杀手

for they will hunt animals far larger than themselves.

因为它们能猎杀比自己大得多的猎物

But even smaller prey⁴ are a problem

但是如果够不到

if you can't reach them.

再小的猎物也难得手

The solution is teamwork.

Swimming in perfect formation, they flick⁵ their tails in unison⁶

and create a wave that cracks the ice.

They regroup and assess the damage.

A more powerful wave is needed.

Now, they are close enough to get a good look at their target.

4 prey

5 flick
