1. NFL star Michael Vick has filed his plea agreement with a federal court. In it he admits to being involved in a dogfighting ring but denies gambling¹ on individual fights. 4. Residents in northwest Ohio are busy mopping up as floodwaters there continue to recede⁶. Some are getting a first look at what the waters did to their homes and possessions, with many saying there is little left to salvage⁷.
