1. The unexpectedly closed race between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump¹ has also been watched closely by U.S allies. The results can have a profound impact on their security and economic relation. 

2. Stocks are treating higher after recovering an early stumble. Investors² are still keeping an eye on presidential race. But the surge high wave that began Monday is being attributed to Hillary Clinton's chances of winning the presidency³ appearing to improve. 

3. Some voters are going from the polls to a cemetery⁴ in Rochester, New York, paying respect to women's suffragist  leaders Suzanne B. Anthony, symbolizing⁵ a historic day when Americans got the chance to vote for a woman for the first time for president. 

4. And president Barack Obama spent his election day morning playing around the basketball before heading into the Oval office. Obama voted earlier for the presidential election in October in his hometown of Illinois.
