Minority leader Nancy Pelosi called the congressional budget office report "a knockout blow to the republican plan". 4. And in Dallas, Texas, a woman used herself as a human shield to keep workers from putting a tree on her property. The retired6 lawyer said she didn't think crews had the right to put the tree. The utility called police sent and got a restraining order, aims to allow continuing the work.
