Ripples1 from the death of Senator John McCain are being felt in Arizona's primary contest today. Voters are picking candidates to replace McCain's seatmate, Senator Jeff Flake2, who is retiring after his fierce criticism of President Donald Trump3.
The preliminary trade deal with Mexico that President Trump announced Monday leaves open some questions. Some are asking whether the President can replace the NAFTA to deal with Mexico alone if Canada can't be coaxed4 to join. Congress will vote on the move next year.
In Detroit, hundreds lined up early to pay their final respects to the Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin. Franklin died August 16th of pancreatic cancer at the age of 76. There will be two days of public viewing.
British Prime Minister Theresa May tried out her dance move as she visited a school in Cape5 Town on Tuesday. May was welcomed at a senior secondary school by a group of children performing a dance routine and joined in as she watched them.
