　　Discussing your salary with your co-workers is your right as an employee. When you let these guys stop you from doing it, you push your own wages down. Which means you're spending more years of your life slaving away in a job that doesn't pay you what you're really worth.

　　和你的同事讨论薪水多少是你身为员工的权利。如果你让这些老板们阻止你谈论薪水，等同是逼你自己降低身价。也就是说你会花更多的岁月为一份工作卖命，却得不到应有的报酬。
