 So what good is eating healthy and getting plenty of exercises that you can splurge in the summer? That turns out to be the attitude of the woman that has become one of America's chief fitness¹ advocates, first lady Michelle Obama, famous for her "Let's move" campaign. The first lady let go at DC's best burger joint² yesterday and ABC's Sharon Ofancy was counting the calories. 

 

She is the first lady of fitness. Encouraging all of us to step up, step away from the supersize. A champaign for child nutrition. We have to start making choices to not have candy everyday. Still, Michelle Obama has admitted, she's the only human. 

 

Look, my favorite food in the whole wide world are French fries. I love them, dearly, deeply. I have a good relationship with French fries and I would eat them every single day if I could. 

 

Yesterday, she indulged³, stepping into the newly opened burger stand ShakeShack. Though the dinner shot cellphone pics that she ordered up a burger, a chocolate shake, fries and wait for it, a diet,yes, a diet coke. Total damage: 1,700 calories. 

 

One cheese burger and one fries for me. 

 

She's not the only one who's been caught with a hand full of greasy⁴ goodness. 

 

When you put french fries on top of it, so, we can't tell the first lady, although she kind of like the one. 

 

Hundreds will argue whether the first lady's lunch amounts to a scandal⁵, but for the rest of us who fall in victim to the lure⁶ of a greasy burger more than once, certainly hope not.
