 　　A: Hello, Madam. Are you alright?

　　B: I'm here to pay my telephone bill. I usually go to the post office, but I was told that I could take care of it here. Is that right?

　　A: Yes,that's correct, Madam. You don't need to go to a counter¹ at all,you can use one of our ATM machines. I'll be more than happy to help you.
