Most people do not go to university.
Some say it is only the lucky ones who go there.
Probably we all will agree that to go to university is special.
Have you heard of Cambridge, Oxford¹, Harvard, Stanford?
Some universities become world famous.
Universities often produce famous men and women.
They become leaders in politics, business, science and art.
But university is not just about learning².
It is here where people make life long friends.
Whilst³ university, people make decisions that affect their whole lives.
Universities produce medicines and science, technology and research that can benefit human kind.
Some universities are so big that they are like a whole town.
We call this a campus⁴.
But not all universities are campus universities.
Some are spread around a city or a town and do not group everyone together in the same place.
Whichever they are, they all play an important part in the present and future of the world.
