A parliamentary report in Britain has severely¹ criticized the British and French intervention² in Libya in 2011. It said poor intelligence and a shallow understanding of tribal³ rivalries⁴ had led to internal warfare⁵, a migrant crisis, proliferation of weapons and a spread of the so called Islamic state group.
