Business Matters: The 'fat tax' debate

As part of a week-long special on obesity³, we ask if taxing bad foods is the answer. Food expert Professor Marion Nestle discusses whether taxing food infringes⁴ our personal liberty and we find out why Denmark's 'fat tax' was axed after only one year. From New York, we are joined by Derek Yach, former senior vice⁵ president of Global Health and Agriculture Policy at Pepsi Co and from Singapore, David Kuo of the Motley Fool gives us the view from Asia.
