My friends and I are going to start a book club. We're going to read one book a week and gather together every Saturday after dinner to discuss the book. We are going to take turns and pick a book of our choice. We are going to choose from specific genres¹ like drama, humor, non-fiction, true crime, and thrillers³. I'm choosing non-fiction because I like biographies. I'm going to choose a book on the life of Ernest Hemingway. He's my favorite author. He seems like he was an interesting person. We will take turns hosting the gathering⁴. The first one will be at my house. My husband is going to take our son to the movies, so we can have a quiet house for discussion. I'm really looking forward to our book club. I love reading.
