 　　(1)一般病情:

　　He feels headache, nausea¹ and vomiting². (他觉得头痛、恶心和想吐。)

　　(5)女性疾病：

　　She has noticed one lump in her breast. (她发觉乳房有个肿块。)

　　There is a hard, swollen lump on her right breast. (她右乳房有肿块。)

　　Her left breast is painful and swollen. (她左乳房疼痛且肿大。)

　　She has heavy bleeding with her periods. (她月经来的很多。)
