雅思写作中慎用的句式

 　　不要总以有生命的名词和人称代词开头(受汉语表达习惯的影响, to use I, People and We, 开头);

　　? 不要千篇一律的使用主动语态;

　　? 不要总是用(如果)(因为)(当)等口语意味较重的句子，要注意使用书面语体的句子;

　　? 不要对动词过分依赖，要学会用动词名词化来表达;

　　? 不用总是用肯定句来表达，要学会用否定句子表达肯定的意思;

　　? 恰当的使用排比句和平行句

　　? Many people think birth control is quite necessary in China.

　　? We are making great efforts¹ to improve our English.

　　? If you compare bicycles with cars carefully, you will find bicycles are superior² to cars.

　　? If we only apply³ book knowledge, we will not get good results.

　　? The style. of living has become more and more popular and accepted by more and more young people.

　　? Every young boy and girl wants to earn a little money to help cover higher college cost.

　　? Whenever you pick up a newspaper, you will always find advertisement⁴.

1 efforts   

n.努力( effort的名词复数 )；气力；努力的结果；努力（或艰难尝试）的成果

参考例句：

• The company was very appreciative of my efforts. 公司对我的努力十分赞赏。
• His efforts to stem the tide of violent crime have been as effective as Canute's. 他遏制暴力犯罪增长的努力一直是螳臂当车。

2 superior   

n.上级，高手，上标；adj.上层的，上好的，出众的，高傲的

参考例句：

• This machine is superior in many respects to that.这台机器在很多方面比那台好。
• He acted in obedience to the orders of his superior.他是遵照他的上级指示行动的。

3 apply   

vt.应用，申请；涂；vt.使专心从事；vi.申请；有关联

参考例句：

• I want to apply for the job.我想申请这项工作。
• You may apply in person or by letter.你亲自或通信申请均可。

4 advertisement   

n.广告，启事，广告宣传

参考例句：

• Please post up this advertisement for our concert in your shop window.请把这张我们音乐会的海报贴在贵店窗户上。
• I wish to insert an advertisement in your newspaper.我想在贵报上登一则广告。
