What the Utah Supreme Court says is the jury instructions in the 2007 trial were faulty. During the trial, which we sat in, Warren Jeffs attorneys argued with the judge, saying that in jury instructions, the jury must be told that Warren Jeffs knew that unwanted sex would take place when he performed a marriage between a girl, her name is Alisa Wall, and her former husband, Allen Steed. So the attorneys for Warren, just the jury explicitly had to be told that. Now, the prosecutor said the jury is not stupid. They know that if Warren Jeffs presided over the marriage, that he would know that sex would take place. Nevertheless, the Utah Supreme Court, with regret, says they realize that this may not be justice for the girl, but they stay under the rule of the law, there should have been explicit instructions to the jury, and therefore the conviction is dropped. Therefore, he's entitled to a new trial.

There's no question we're going to learn a lot from this accident in the Gulf Coast. It's going to be about equipment, people, different companies. And as a result of that, we're going to learn a lot, both BP and the industry. And I'm sure there will be changes.

How will you…

I've spent the last three months, everyday on the Gulf Coast. And I'm going to focus for the next month and a half on what we're doing in the Gulf Coast, our relationships with the Gulf Coast and Washington. Tony and I are going to work through a transition between now and the 1st of October.

I'm showing my face. I'm lending my voice. And I'm here to give this law some teeth. This crime hurts families, and it violates people. It affects your everyday life, the way you communicate, the way you travel, the way you take double glances at people. It affects everything in your life. It is vile and it is threatening. A lot of people who are targets of stalkers and of crimes have said to me, they live in constant fear. They are always afraid. And fortunately now I understand that. And I always will. This legislation is not the end all be all today, but it is the very beginning and that is the biggest reason why I wanted to be here today.

I have never seen like last negative, and when I was walking around and I was looking for animal pharmacy there, and kind of like spotted the old blocks, I could feel one of the casino on the blocks that looked old. So I walked over and stood, l was seeing sudden shining through the top of the envelope, so I picked them up and slit one of the last negative now. And I could tell the resemblance because I worked there quite a bit as a young man. And anyway, took them all gentleman, family and friends and of course a few friends that always popped off. As all yet, maybe that is awful a lot because we all got a big laugh out of it. But what I started research and reading, is I know there is too much of coincidence in there
