Officials say 152 people were on board this passenger plane, 6 crew members and 146 passengers, and no one has survived. The plane crash taking place a little before 10 a.m. local time here in the federal capital of Islamabad. For much of the day, rescue crews, even local residents here in Islamabad, walked their way through rain and rough terrains to get, to make their way to the crash site, which was at the Margalla Hills, a low lying range of hills just north of Islamabad.

The judge said that certain provisions of the law are likely to be held unconstitutional and the judge has disallowed those from going into effect. But parts of the law she has approved, the most controversial part of the law, which is the duty thrust upon Arizona law enforcement officials to determine whether immigrants or people who are reasonably suspicious, suspected of being illegal are in fact illegal, that has been struck down at least temporarily. The law, she said that the requirement of law enforcement officials to essentially make all possibly illegal immigrants show their papers is a violation of the separation of powers.

We're cementing and making sure that that relief well, which is so close, is in good shape. And then, uh, by Monday, we're likely to begin something called the “static kill”, which is hooking up those manifolds and pumping heavy mud and cement down in the well. The objective is to stop the flow and then we can come back in after that if need be with the relief well. And what I say, we are now 13 days with the well cap. We came back after the storm; the integrity of the well was good. And I think, John, no guarantees, but I believe there will be no more oil flowing into the Gulf as of the 15th of July
