1. A federal jury found former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich guilty on just one count of lying to federal agents. The judge says he will declare a mistrial on the 23 remaining counts the jury couldn't agree upon. Federal prosecutors say they are already getting ready for a retrial.
2. Police say a South Carolina woman has confessed to killing her two young sons. Investigators say Shaquan Duley admitted to suffocating the boys, then rolling her car into the water with their bodies inside. Duley will be arraigned on murder charges later today.
3. No criminal charges for a Pennsylvania school district in a laptop-spying case. The district was accused of secretly snapping tens of thousands of webcam photos and screenshots on laptops issued to students. Two students have filed lawsuits over the remote tracking software, which school officials say they have only activated to try and find lost or stolen laptops.

Schlessinger recently apologized for repeatedly using a racial epithet with a caller. She said she is done being told what she can and can't say. |
