Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms in the east and north of New South Wales with some possible heavy showers on the north coast. Mostly sunny in the west.

In Victoria, light showers are possible in the northern districts. A fine day (is) expected in Gippsland with coastal breezes developing in the afternoon.

A mainly fine and cool day across Tasmania apart from possible some isolated showers in the north.

Across to South Australia, and showers are expected in the south and central districts with a possible thunderstorm west of Coober Pedy.

In Western Australia, there will be isolated showers near the south coast. Thunderstorms and showers predicted in central and southern interior.

In further north, the Top End and Gulf Country can expect showers and storms mainly around coastal areas. Fine in Alice Springs District apart from some late showers developing in the far southwest.  

Around the capital cities tomorrow. It will be wet and windy in Melbourne where it should reach 23. Showers in Brisbane, Sydney and Canberra. Rain will develop in Hobart and a possible afternoon storm in Darwin.
