As suspected terror attacks were being carried out in Washington and New York, a fourth plane crashed Tuesday in the state of Pennsylvania.

United Airlines flight 93 left Newark International Airport in New Jersey just past 8 o'clock Tuesday morning bound for the Californian city of San Francisco.

Virginia Congressman James Moran says 1)terrorists 2)apparently 3)intended to crash the Boeing 757 into the U.S. Presidential retreat at Camp David in the mountains of western Maryland. Instead, the plane 4)crashed some 150 kilometers west near the Pennsylvanian town of Somerset near Pittsburg.

Airline officials say the plane was carrying 38 passengers, two 5)pilots, and five flight 6)attendants.

A passenger onboard flight 93 telephoned authorities shortly before 10:00 a.m. saying the plane had been hijacked. The man, who was speaking on his cell phone from the airplane's bathroom, told an emergency dispatcher that the plane was going down. He then heard some sort of explosion and the line was cut.

The jet crashed into a grassy field on the site of a former strip mine. There were no 7)survivors.
