While European investors are becoming increasingly skeptical about Greece, Ireland, Italy, and Spain's ability to recover from the economic crises, EU governments are having a difficult time coming up with a unified stance on how to deal with the issue. Now, some experts are predicting a double dip recession. Yet unlike 2008, global leaders seem to have less tools to fight the slowdown. Analysts say fiscal and monetary policies have been pushed to their limit. So will there be a second great contraction in the near future? What will the global economic scenario look like?
