1. Investigators have finished ripping up the concrete floor of a New York city basement where they are searching for traces of a six-year-old boy who vanished in 1979. So far though, authorities haven't given any outward sign that they found anything. 2. Finance Ministers and Central bankers say they have billions more to help Europe in its economic crunch. Saturday, they announced a 430 billion-dollar-plus increase in assistance for the International Monetary fund.
3. President Barack Obama is urging Sudan and South Sudan to stop all military actions against each other, and resolve their disputes through negotiations. He says it's the only way to avoid going back to war.
4. Anyone going to the Zoo in Gaza may be be inferred a bit of shock, not all of the animals on display are alive. Officials say the fighting there has killed off many of the animals, forcing them to stuff the carcasses and put them back on display. |
