3. FBI agents will be joined by authorities from Mississippi in Tennessee on Wednesday in their search for the man suspected of killing a Tennessee woman and her teenager daughter, and fleeing with her two younger girls.

 

 

 

4. And a new poll says about half the people who oppose the war in Afghanistan say the presence of US troops there is doing more harm than good. The AP-GFK poll finds that only 27% of Americans back the war effort now. A year ago, that number was 37%.
