1.E-mail
Subject:Sales Meeting Beijing 11 July 2007;
We need to finalize the next product launch.
We should have a meeting before the Shanghai fair in July. How about June 21?
If the date mentioned isn’t possible for you, please Suggest an alternative in that week.
Could we schedule a time to meet next week?
How about sometime after lunch?
See you on Monday at 7.
Sure, no problem. Shall we say Thursday at ten?
I’m afraid I have another appointment then.
Right, so we’ll meet Friday at ten, then, at your office.
Thank you for the email.

Good evening. I am Li Ming, software developer and principal programmer for the ABC project. The major focus of my work has been to develop a software package with great versatility but which also has a convenient user interface.
