taking on the role of a high power Chicago attorney for CVS courtroom drama "the good wife", we launched Margulies' career.

making her one of the top-paid hoolywood's actresses, winning multiple awards from golden global to M.. for best actress.

but now the managers who say her landed are putting Margulies at front center into a real life courtroom battle, claiming she is cutting them out of millions of dollars in fees.

there are potentially millions of dollars  on the line for her. and an embarassment that comes with going to trail. 

Margulies' who reportedly earns 180,000 per epsoide says she fired those managers in 4 2011. in court documents, Margulies' lawyer calls her former agent managers an embarassment, but the agency disagrees, telling the judge they work hard to land Margulies' her good wife role at an lucrative endorsement deal.

 

now the judge says the two sides can take their war in words battle without a court.

it's incredibly award to have an dispute like this with a star as big as Julianna go to a trail. 

but DF management's attorney fight that no agreement was necessary.

all actors, especially experienced actors, who've being in business understand the acknowledge their obligations to pay their managers post termination commissions.

Margulies'  attorney tells AVS news that no specific agreement was ever made to continue paying the managers after their termination.

they admitted that Margulies' never promise them, either orally or in writing, to make such payments. the two sides are scheduling a mediation on Monday. 

Margulies' attorney says he is optimistic that all of this could be settled in this mediation that would be outside of a courtroom. but if they can't come to an agreement by  next week, Margulies'  faces a court day this January extremely aware that you would say someone at this level face sad that public a court day. no. life imitating hard that the highest level. hope her could get off, thank you so much.
