Three foreign dairy producers, Wyeth, Beingmate and Meiji have been exempted from punishment. As the head of the Chinese price watchdog has explained, it’s because these companies have actively cooperated with the probe.
三家外国乳制品公司—惠氏，贝因美和明治公司被免除处罚。中国价格监管局局长解释说，作出这一决定是因为该三家公司积极配合了此次调查。
Xu Kunlin, Head of Price Supervision & Anti-Monopoly Bureau, NDRC, said, "In accordance with the anti-monopoly law, these companies have provided important evidence, actively cooperated in the investigation and carried out active self-rectification, then can be exempted from punishment."
价格监督检查及反垄断局局长徐坤林表示，根据反垄断法，这几家公司提供了重要证据，积极配合了调查并进行了自我改正，所以可以被免除处罚。 |
