 President Obama spoke by telephone this morning with president of Phillipines. NPR's Scott Hosley reports Mr Obama promised wrapped assistance in the week of last week's devastating typhoon.

The US has dispass the aircraft carrier George Washington to the Phillipines where it 's expected to provide medical care,searching rescue teams and a base for helicopters ferring release supplies.White House spokes man Gey Carny says the US is already delivering badly needed equipment to the Phillipines as well as food for tens of thousands of hungry people.

US airways of American airlines say they now reach a agreement with justice department over their propose murger tenged on giving them some take off and landing rights at major airport including Washington DC and NY.The airlines also be required to give up gates at airports in Boston,Chicago,LA,Dallas and Maiami to low cost carriers.Since the attorney general Bill says turn to the   should benefit consumers in those markets.

The judge overseeing Detroit's bankruptcy filing says he wants a full accounting of all fees on part of millions involved in the case.It comes as the city of Detroit is expected to seeking examtion for fees paid with bank Bkerlay capital when needs to keep fees structure with 350 million dollar long confidential that contains commerically cencored information.So   argued if the fee reachment would be made public might drive up the cost that long.
Two border petrol agency will go to prison for    civil rights violences.NPR's Ted Robbins says the agency left a group of people in the desert after burnning most of their clothes.
Federal judge sentenced border petrol agences Darl and Remon to 2 years in prison.On a cold winter night in 2008 they found a group of marivana smugglers in the southern area of desert.They arrested 4 as others escaped,one agent sholve marivana into a man's mouth and ordered him to eat it.Both agents the nmade the group take off much of their clothing including shoes,they ordered the group to run off into the dessert and the agents burned the smugglers' clothing.The victims were rescued next morning by a travel police officer.A jury convicted the agents of fael provision of rights.Ted Robbins,NPR News, Tuson.
As the thanks giving holiday increasingly becomes another shopping day,the time hornor traditional black Friday the day after the holiday when many stores open their door early for blow out sales could soon be a thing for the past,that's according to professor marketing at Wekfor universtiy.prodicted within 5 years most retail chains will be open on the actually holiday itself. Thanks giving had been a traditional kick off for holiday shopping season but it will see some big stores now open on the actual holiday itself that may change.
