3. Anti-government demonstrators in Ukraine’s capital ended their occupation of Kiev City Hall on Sunday. Tensions remained high as thousands stayed outside the building. Opposition leaders again turned down offers to join a coalition government.
4. And in Japan, more than ten people are dead following another snowfall. Thousands of travellers were trapped for hours as transport officials delivered food and portable toilets to some areas. |
