2. An employee for the NSA charged with first-degree murder in the death of his 3-year-old son. Police say 36-year-old Patrick O'Callaghan fatally beat the boy while caring for him at his Maryland home. O'Callaghan specializes in Korea at the NSA. 

 

3. And a Florida artist is apologizing for an expensive form of protest. This week, cell-phone video captured  Maximo Caminero smashing a vase worth $1 dollars made by artist Ai Weiwei to protest the galley’s lack of support for local artists. He’s been charged with criminal mischief.
