The crisis in Ukraine is starting to impact on the Russian economy. Russia expects investors will have moved assets worth up to 70 billion dollars out of the country in the first three months this year. The accident is the result of the panic reaction to sanctions against Russia. Russia's deputy eco....economic minister is also warning of staggering growth and rising inflation. The Russian economy grew by just 1.3 percent last year.
Internet tycoon Kim Tom... dotcom has announced plans to list his file-sharing film Mega on the New Zealand's stock market. He set up the company a year after U.S. authorities shut down his original site Megaload in 2012.
Ms. Dotcom is currently fighting an extradition battle with the U.S. over copyright infringement and money laundering. An extradition hearing is set for July.

A pick-up in consumer confidence helps push Wall Street higher overnight. The Dow closed more than half a per cent higher. The Nasdaq and S&P 500 were also up. In London, the FTSE rose more than one percent in value.

West Texas Crude is trading at 100 U.S. dollars a barrel. Tapis Crude is worth 112 U.S. dollars a barrel. And gold this morning is trading at 1311 U.S. dollars an ounce.
