Secretary: There is a flight leaving at 17:30 in the afternoon. That would be the most convenient. Clerk: I'm afraid that flight is fully booked. Secretary: Could you check other flights leaving London for Beijing in the late afternoon of the 2nd, please? Clerk: There are seats available on a flight leaving at 16:15. Secretary: I think it's suitable. Can I book a seat on it, please? Clerk: Sure. Could I have your name, please? Secretary: It's for Mr. Black. Clerk: First-class or economy?
