"We’ve our very elaborate and expanded relationship, ranging from matters of security, to energy production, all the way to infrastructure development." William Ruto said, "We should be signing financial agreements this is one of very big transformative piece of infrastructure, that we believe with the help of the Chinese funding. We should be able to bring to reality. We are exploring also with China energy generation. We are giving Chinese investors we’re using to enhance our security to equip our security forces." |
