Top fronts are going to move through the southeast overnight and through the early part of Saturday, reaching Sydney as we are heading to above some states. The main feature with this system is very cold air in and behind and there is going to see some snow developing to low levels.

Roughly I watched out for Melbourne and parts of Deepsland but that's only before ups about 20 millimeters. It's in association with very wet catchments across that region.

The other rainfall in Queensland will be the very far northern parts of Caybilk; elsewhere clear, dry and sunny but fairly widespread frost about much of the inland overnight and in the morning.

For New South Wales it's generally dry through the northern half but in the southern half we are likely to see some showers following a snow to about 200 meters. But those showers are more likely about the southwest slopes and the snowing mountain region.

For Victoria we've got showers widespread but they will ease in the west as it we move into the afternoon, now the easing trend being gradually extending further east overnight. The better of the force there will be the central and also western parts of Deepsland and slow down to about 600 meters.

In Tasmania we are expecting to snow down to about 400-meter showers widespread but that will then to contract into the south of the west and also the northwest of the state.

We've also got some showers about the agricultural areas of South Australia relatively isolated but a little bit higher as well.

And we've also got showers about the southern districts of West Australia but as they contract in the east we should see clear conditions about the far southwest but some thundering rain developing through parts of the Pilgrim Kimberley and interior West Australia, some moderate and heavy falls there, pretty cloudy and increasing also through western districts of the territory.
