China’s movie industry is expected to overtake the U.S. as the world’s largest film market by 2018. One of the star players in China’s movie business is Huayi Brothers, one of the largest privately owned media firms in China. The company’s 2013 co-production "Journey to the West" is among the top-grossing domestic productions ever released in China, and was the most successful movie in the country last year.
