Secretary of State John Kerry aiming tough words at Russia as the fighting continues along the Ukrinian border. Kerry said Monday Russia has not shown a shred of evidence that it's willing to help end the violence, citing intelligence that Russia is supplying weapons to separitists. In Israel, warplanes carried out dozens of attacks Tuesday in Gaga, leveling the home of a top Hamas leader. Palestinian officials say at least 100 were killed on Tuesday, pushing the death toll to more than 1,100.
A 9-year-old girl has died following a weekend plane crash. Witnesses say the girl was walking along a Florida beach when a small plane made an emergency landing. The plane's pilot was not injuried.
And one of the world's most beautiful palaces is infested by rats. Hordes of rodents have been spotted scurrying around the gardens at the Louvre Museum in France. Groundskeepers have had to set up hundreds of traps to deal with the infestation.
