The Federal Government has making a final push to bring back 10 pre-protection visas before Parliament rises for this year. It's offering new incentives to try to get their legislation past. The senator might sit next today to give senators more time to consider the bill. In my book, thousands more people being allowed into this country's refugees, letting more people are bridging visas, work in the community. These are all good things.

This year on track to be the hottest on record, World  Meteorological Organisation has released figures showing in the first ten months of 2014. The global average in temperature was half of a degree celsius above the long term average.

 

And NASA is prepared to launch the first Space Capsule in 40 years. The unmanned vision is due to blast a matter of hours and it will be another test flight in 4 years before the first manned flight expected in 2021. NASA hopes the Orion capsule could eventually take the astronauts as far as Mars.
