In an exclusive interview with FOX News Channel, Cheney accepts full responsibility and defends his decision not to tell the media about the incident.
2. New controversy is surrounding an Australian TV network's decision to air previously unpublished images of detainees allegedly being abused at Iraqi Abu Ghraib Prison. US and Iraqi officials are concerned the footage is going to trigger new violence. The pictures which were reportedly taken in 2003 show US troops abusing detainees.
3. Violent protest continued to rock Pakistan. An estimated 70,000 people participated in this demonstration Wednesday against the recent publication of cartoons depicting Prophet Muhammed. Three rioters including an 8-year-old boy were killed during the march.
4. Rufus is America's top dog. The colored bull terrier beat out more than 2,500 dogs to win Best-in-Show Tuesday at the Westminster Kennel Club.
