1. Sharply divided a long familiar line as the Supreme Court picked up a politically charged new challenge to President Barack Obama's health overhaul Wednesday in a dispute over the * subsidies that make insurance affordable for millions of Americans. A decision in the case is expected by late June. 

2. The Justice Department won't prosecute a former Ferguson Missouri police officer in the shooting death of unarmed black 18-year-old, but its giving report forces the city and its law enforcement for racial bias and unconstitutional practices. 

3. In a startling opening statement at the trial of Boston marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, his own lawyer told the jury that the 21-year-old former student committed the crime. But in a strategy aimed at saving Tsarnaev from a death sentence, she argued that he has fallen under the influence of his now dead older brother Tamerlan.

4. And Microsoft cofounder and philanthropist Paul Allen announced that he has discovered the famous WWII Japanese battleship Musashi more than 70 years after it was sunk by US forces.
