1.  At least 5 people are died after a whale-watching boat sank off West Canada's Vancouver Island on Sunday. At least 21 people were rescued. 

 

2. The woman accused driving a car into a crowd people of parade in Oklahoma is due in court on Monday. Adacia Chambers is suspected driving under the influence and being held on 4 counts of second degree murder. 

 

3. Vice president Joe Biden told CBS "60 Minutes" that he would run for president but didn't have the time to put together the campaign and win at this point in the presidential race. 

 

4. And Guatemala  elected a former TV comic as its president. Jimmy Morales won by a landslide on Sunday.
