1.  Memorials grew near the site of deadly mass shooting in San Bernardino, California. FBI officials are still investigating motive of the attack that left 14 people dead. 

 

2. Emergency rescue teams have been deployed in northern England, as storm sparked slash floods across the region. Families were evacuated by members of military as flood conditions persist. 

 

3. Jews around the world are marking the start of 8 days festival of Hanukkah. In Jerusalem, prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu lit a menorah in old city to mark the first night of the holiday. 

 

4. And in Australia, runners done their holiday best for charity . Thousands runners dressed in Santa,  took to the streets for the variety of fun runner in city.
