Iran says 10 detained US sailors have now been released. Iran says the 10 were taken into custody when their boats drifted into Iranian waters.

 

Michigan's governor is asking the Federal Emergency Management Agency for help in distributing water in Flint. He's also deployed the National Guard. Tests have shown children in Flint have elevated lead levels in their blood due to problems in the drinking water system.

 

And the NFL has decided that the St. Louis Rams can move to Los Angeles. The League also gave the Chargers the option to either move to LA or work out a deal to stay in San Diego.
